    From the 2015 harvest comes our Lockwood Reserve. A blend of crabapple and heirloom varieties, we fortified this cider with a pinch of Applejack brandy and let sit in brandy barrels for about a month. Any longer and the smoothness of this cider would be overpowered by the brandy oak. This is a clean, low acid, completely dry, complex cider with subtle hints of brandy and oak but an easy drinker that pairs well with food, or goes great in cocktails!
