Mission Grapes Were the first grapes ever brought to California. This Pyment is one of the more Rare styles of Mead made. Mission Grapes are very scarce today and have very distinctive character. This Pyment also is made with Blackberries, Raspberries, and Black Currants. Fermented and aged 14 months in a Bourbon barrel and French oak Barrel, rarely does a mead of this quality enter the market.

This is a one of a kind! Influenced by the ancient Chinese pears we use to make Asian Perry. We made this using Cherries, Raspberry, Ginger, and Honey. It is 5.8% ABV and has all the red fruit character you could ask for with a light sweetness and spice from the ginger.

Our Diehard Cider is made exclusively from a blend of Spitzenburg, WInesap, and Newtown Pippin apples. These apples are not your typical grocery store offerings. We choose to use these varietals because they are incredibly dense and flavorful. Cider makers covet these varietals and for good reason: they make better juice and better juice makes better cider. Incredible acid-sugar balance makes this a very rare cider. A hint of residual sugar allows for a true apple mouth-feel.
